  Spring 2024 Lambing:  We are accepting $200 deposits in order to get on the lamb reservation list; one, $200 deposit reserving the choice of one lamb.  The reservations are taken in order and allow the buyers to choose from the lamb list in turn.  First deposit in, gets first choice of the lamb list come spring, second deposit, second choice, etc.

• AI Sire Descriptions
  

  

  Here is where you will find information on all our AI (artificial insemination)Sires, past and present. Their names, ages, history, and qualities. For the 2014 breeding season we used seven really excellent farm rams, plus semen imported from Iceland.   The AI sires used this year are KALDI, GRAMMAN, SALAMON, VALI, SOKKI,  and MYRKVI.    You can view all of our current sires on our Breeding Rams page.

  Explanation of Scoring and Measurements

  The set of numbers are given for individual body parts.  They are in this order:  Head, Neck & Shoulders, Chest, Back, Rump, Leg, Wool, Feet, and Overall Conformation & Body Length.  The scores are based on a range of 1-10 except the legs which are 1-20.  An average score is 80.0.
